This policy covers the website at wavefrontvanguard.com, run by Wavebound Studios. The game has its own Game Privacy Policy, and stores, platforms and community spaces have their own policies.
The short version
This site has no accounts, sign-up forms, comments, analytics, advertising or tracking. It sets no cookies, and it doesn't load anything from other companies' servers: fonts, scripts and images are all served from this site.
What is collected
Server logs. Like almost every web server, the server hosting this site automatically records basic technical details of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response status, and the browser's user-agent string. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure (for example, to diagnose errors or block abusive traffic). They are kept only for a limited time, aren't used to build profiles of visitors, and aren't sold or shared, except where the law requires it.
Settings stored in your browser. The site remembers a few display preferences in your browser's own storage. This isn't a cookie, and it never leaves your device:

Site search runs entirely in your browser. What you type isn't sent anywhere. You can clear these values at any time through your browser's site data settings.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, for example community or store pages. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Children
This site is a general-audience page about a video game. It doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it's used. Because this site only keeps short-lived server logs, there is usually nothing tied to you personally, but you're welcome to ask.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. If the site ever adds analytics, accounts or anything else that collects more data, this page will be updated before that goes live.
